Jerusalem Bar and Grill is the brainchild of owner and chef, Maksim Garby. After traveling extensively throughout the Mediterranean region, Max fell in love with the unique flavors, cooking techniques, and ingredients found in each country.

He decided to bring that experience back to Myrtle Beach and create a restaurant that offers an immersive dining experience that transports you to another world.
